Potential Burials

Along The Entire Bank Of The Anomaly

Peaking out from on top of a potential burial is a Thunderbird carved into a prominent rock. Just up the way is another mound, and then another, and all along the water is a landing that is paved with cobblestones.

We had Douglas Taylor of the Nottawaseppi Tribe Of Huron Potawatomi come visit the site in 2023. He said the site, "had more potential than most of the sites he has seen".

Painted Turtle Endeavors

The Paleo-Native Site associated with our mine

As with most Paleo-Native sites in Michigan there are Minerals related to the area. The area our homes are in have already had the site features destroyed, and it's not safe to live on the grounds. In order to recover the cost of our homes we are going to mine where our homes are and make the rest a heritage site. There are monuments here, that someone went to great lengths to create, and I think they should be shared with the ancestors of those people.

Remember:
